Goal
Exam bureau employees not charged with holding the exams have a lot of responsibility. They not only have to be punctual and work carefully, it is also very important that they know the procedures and handle them carefully.
In addition they offer services to participants and examiners/assessors on the one hand, but must often also ask services from them. In other words: the exam bureau employee’s social skills must be up to standard as well.
