The Assessor / Examiner is expected to be able to asses the competences and skills of the candidates. To do this he uses the most appropriate assessment forms and assessment instruments for that moment. The objective judgment of the Assessor is an appreciation of the competences of candidates in the context of their (future) task or position. The Assessor / Examiner is independent of the person he judges. He also knows the procedures that apply and his role in this.

 

The Assessor course is meant for officials of companies and institutions that judge the competences of persons regarding to a task or position in practice. The intended result of the course is that the Assessor complies with the competence requirements.
