You are a certified ‘Examiner/Assessor MBO’. This certification will stay valid for 5 years if you comply with the maintenance duty within 3 years. Provex will assess you for this maintenance. Your original certificate has an end date of 3 years after the exam date. After we find your maintenance to be in order you will receive a new certificate with an end date 5 years after the original date.
In order to comply with the demands for maintaining your certificate, three actions apply:
a) Handing in an overview of exams held
b) Overview of personal competence development
c) Test
Explanation:
Before the exam the following needs to be handed in to exam bureau Provex:
a) Overview of the exams held; ordered by exam, level, month. A table has been included in this folder for that. Another format is allowed too, but the data to be included must be present, see the format for that.
- This needs to be handed in by the candidate before the exam or at the latest at the start of the exam.
- A signed form needs to be handed in to the exam bureau.
b) Overview of the personal competence development
- This needs to be handed in by the candidate before the exam or at the latest at the start of the exam.
- If you are attending a training with ‘Groeien in Organisaties’: The training will mention this adequately. You can use the form that was made before or during the training.
- A signed form needs to be handed in to the exam bureau.
c) At the exam session each participant will receive a test. This test mainly focuses on current developments in competence-oriented examination, exam techniques and important procedures when holding exams. This test will take about an hour.
Results:
- Materials handed in (a+b) and test (c) passing mark:
You will receive a new certificate in the form of a card on you home address. The validity of the original date of issue will then be increased to 5 years.
- Materials handed in (a and/or b) not a passing mark:
You will either receive word to hand in the materials in question after all or correct them or you will be called in for an interview to explain.
- test (c) not a passing mark:
You can retake the test at another time.
Provex will issue the results to candidate and client. You can expect them within 4 weeks after the exam date.
Finally:
- Documents handed in digitally will not be considered.
- If you send documents to us by mail: always send them by ‘registered mail’.
- Make sure you always keep a copy of the documents handed in for your own records.
